Originally settled in the late 19th century, it was named after pioneer James Otis, who established an orchard in the area. Over time, the community evolved, maintaining its agricultural heritage while embracing modern developments, making it a charming and vibrant place to live and visit.
Serendipity Meadows Events Center is nestled in Otis Orchards, a charming and scenic community situated near Spokane, Washington. This venue boasts over 12 acres of stunning rolling hills and picturesque meadows, offering unique amenities that makes any event truly memorable. Tina and David Clark established this unique and charming venue to fulfill their dream of providing breathtaking opportunities for others to make their own event dreams a reality.
Convenience at your fingertips
Outdoor Oasis
Serendipity Meadows Event Center boasts 12 acres of stunning outdoor space, including beautiful meadows and endless fields. Our residential home features a lower living area that can be rented out for an additional fee for bridal parties or various groups.
This area includes a dressing room, bathroom, reception area, and space to prepare for the event. The backyard offers a patio, garden, arbor area, and plenty of space for reception areas. Plus, we have a children’s playground and playset on the property.
Lifting Spirits
For an extra special touch, we offer a beautiful outdoor bar and reception area that is sure to lift your guests’ spirits.
We have a cozy 17 x 21 feet camper available for rental, which can be used for preparation, dressing, or as a place for guests to stay overnight.
Event Decor Rentals
We also offer a wide variety of event decorations for rent, including wedding decor, floral arrangements, and more.
We offer a photo booth, a ceremonial area with a hand-crafted wooden arch, an outdoor covered tent, and ample parking availability.
